• Set location
• Set the date
  
• Create the flyers
  
• Create window plaques
  
• Create voting sheet
  
• Create the categories
  
• Distribute flyers
  
• Contact local car clubs
  
• Get signatures from appropriate venders
  
• Draw blue print of the parking lot and plans for day of show
  
• Create and design the trophies
  
• Create signage
  
• Coordinate music/ activities
  
• Collect and organize pre-registrations
  
• Organize materials needed for show
  
• Try to get media coverage
